For questions or comments on your public transit trips, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Contact Center (CCC) at 450 688-6520

Monday – Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Service hours on public holidays

*Note that CCC schedules are different for the holidays:

From December 22nd to January 2nd: 8am to 5pm
December 23, 25, 30 and January 1: temporary closure of the Center from noon to 1 pm

Lost and found

Objects that have been forgotten on the bus are sent to our Customer Contact Center where they are kept for a maximum period of two weeks. You can call the Customer Contact Center at 450 662-5457.

They can also be recuperated and kept for the same time period at the Montmorency Terminus. You can call the terminus at 450 629-7226

*Please note that we do not rent buses to citizens. We help you to make more efficient outings.
