When you reserve transportation, we give you confirmation, in most cases, that a vehicle will pick you up within a 30-minute time frame for both your outbound and return transportation.
Be ready to board the vehicle at the very start of that time frame.
Unless there are circumstances beyond our control (unexpected detour, snowstorm, etc.), we promise to arrive within the confirmed time frame.
