How to protect your OPUS card
You can protect your OPUS card against loss, theft and breakage by getting it REGISTERED. Just fill out the registration form (only in french) and return it to us. Once your card is registered, the valid passes and tickets that your OPUS card contained at the time of the incident can be restored. This registration form is for PARATRANSIT SERVICE UESERS ONLY.
You got a new OPUS card for yourself?
Remember that you have to contact the Paratransit Service at 450 662-8316 to give us your new OPUS card number. We will put it on your file and the drivers will be informed of that new number.
