Our vision

The STL is an efficient corporation, recognized as a leader in its field. In addition, it actively contributes toward promoting and furthering the progress of sustainable development on Laval territory. Its employees are mobilized and use state-of-the-art tools in order to provide quality service that meets customer information and mobility needs. The STL’s activities are carried out with a constant concern for improving its energy efficiency and for reducing its ecological footprint.

The STL has developed partnerships and maintains them with all its governmental allies and with those in the Laval community. These partnerships help it to ensure stable financing of its investments and the operation of the service and also to actively take part in planning and developing the community.
