Open Doors Day at the STL!

May 9 2013 - La Société de Transport de Laval is inviting you to its Open Doors Day on June 2 2013 from 9am to 4pm. The STL is located at 2250 Francis-Hughes boulevard.  You will be acquainted with our friendly bus drivers, our visionary directors and our scientists of bus route planning, our devoted mechanics and our passionate technicians who always aim for innovation and strive to serve you better.

Overview of the day: guided tours of our installations, display and tour of the electric bus, interesting conversations with our staff, entertainment and games for kids and the whole family and great door prizes.  It is a great opportunity to go behind the scenes of your favorite public transit organization. Join us for the “2013 Open Doors Day at the STL”!

Public notice: Free shuttles travelling from the Montmorency terminus to the STL headquarters will leave every 30 minutes between 9am and 4pm.

Public demonstration of the  STL fully-electric urban bus!

On Monday May 13 and Wednesday 15, the bus will be presented to the public transit users at the Cartier bus terminal.  The population is invited to visit the vehicle between 7:00am and 6:30pm.

Public Notice

To the users of the STL school bus  routes.  From May 7 15 to June 14 2013, detours on the following school bus routes will be effective : 11c-71c-91c.

La Cordée/STL contest : “Bike + Bus, Ride with Us!”

La Cordée Plein Air and La Société de transport de Laval (STL) are proud to present the contest “Bke + Bus, Ride with Us!”

To participate, simply go to the STL Facebook page, click the “Like” button, fill up the online form and become elligible for the grand prize which consists of a STL yearly pass plus a bike and helmet from La Cordée.  Since the launch of the Cyclobus service, showing you the benefits of combining bike and bus transport means is our priority. The contest runs until May 23 2013.
